Step 2: We schedule an on-site assessment. One of our team members visits your San Diego property, takes photos and measurements, and asks the questions that prevent surprises later. This usually takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on the scope.
Step 3: You receive a written, line-item estimate. Under Haven Standard Clause 1, no work proceeds without a flat price in writing. Your estimate lists materials by brand, labor by phase, and every permit or inspection fee. We use products from manufacturers like Tamko and Boral, and we’ll note which ones apply to your job.
Step 4: Work begins on approval, with documentation throughout. Once you sign the scope, we set a start date, assign a named lead, and text you when we’re on the way. We photograph what we find, record readings where they matter, and leave you a documented file when we’re done.
